Pop-up/text balloon/etc. during workspace creation to explain difference between workspace types Merged

Engagements have been incorrectly creating Internal workspaces because the client will not be accessing the workspace. Have had to instruct multiple projects to recreate their workspace as Type = Client to correct this. It would be helpful if there was a pop-up w/ confirmation when selecting the Internal workspace type to confirm with the creator that the workspace will not be used for any billable client work and if there is billable client work then they should select type = Client
