Automatically create essential task/sub-task for deliverables

The idea is from the AC Leadership meeting. We are expecting a product feature about automatically creating an essential task/sub-task for a specific deliverable.

For example, when there is a development based deliverable created, system could pop up a confirmation box to check user if you want to create a code review task underneath? For doing that, we might also need a function to tag deliverable type (code development, proposal/approach, etc) Different type of deliverable might need different task/sub-task to ensure the quality.
