Concourse Performance

Concourse has been running very slow on my machine. I am not sure if this is due to animations on the page, but the UI is quite laggy and frequently gets hung up. I recommend that more performance optimization be pursued to make the platform more user friendly and usable (maybe a performance mode where extra animations, etc. are disabled). Additionally, consider adding performance testing cases where users have additional CPU/memory load (e.g., multiple tabs and applications open at once).

    I have also noticed multiple minutes stuck on "Loading Workspace Home" screen when opening a workspace for the first time. Unclear if this is client-side or server-side issue.
