Required SaveIt Items Marked as Required in Concourse

As a user, I want the ability to visually see items in Concourse are required for SaveIt (e.g., engagement contract, EAF) and denote the task in Concourse as mandatory so that I can more easily make sure that my engagement is in compliance with firm OFRO standards and reduce the back and forth between SaveIt and Concourse.
