Allow skill sets match in assets search in Community

It's good to see the feature that allow searching for people working on similar work items. However, the current search only depends on matching with titles/description of work items. It will be more efficient if this search could also consider the skills/softwares/platforms that are used/leveraged to complete the tasks.
