Multiple issues on integration with FlexForecast and Saleforce

I have encountered multiples issues due to the unstable integration between Concourse with FlexForecast and Saleforce. Below are some specifics.

1) I have difficulty creating a workspace whenever there is something may be possible wrong with upstream FlexForecast or Saleforce for the engagement .

2) The workspaces being created become dead very easily, but without providing any information regarding what might have gone wrong, so that we may debug on our end first.

3) The engagement managers and team members are often incorrectly imported. See a screenshot below for an example where duplicate managers are created.

4) Currently, it is time consuming to fix any workspace issues manually with the help of Concourse operation team.
