Changes automatically are reflected in real time within a Concourse Workspace Merged

Since concourse workspaces are supposed to be a collaborative tool, and we desire for users to be within the Concourse ecosystem. Thus, whenever I make a change, for something as simple as updating a status of a work item or changing the date, it should automatically update on everyone else's end without having them to refresh their workspace in order for the changes to show.
