Create a view only portal / sandbox of Concourse Merged

Today as a user I am unable to view any DM without create a workspace or being adding to an existing workspace. If I want to find out if a DM is applicable I need to use the DM finder, the Framework tool, DM one pagers, etc. all to meet the need that we dont have a sandbox / view only portal for all DMs.

    A view-only version of each DM would also be helpful for live client demos during proposals
