Interactive training

Early feedback from our pilot has highlighted a preference for more interactive and practical training, alongside the existing overview and video-based content.

Could we consider incorporating more interactive modules or practical case studies into the training? For example, an interactive demo walk through end-to-end in Concourse. This would give users an opportunity to learn by doing and provide territories with a consistent resource to support training.
