Hi Team,
We are receiving more and more requests about centralized approach for resource and budget management in PDM projects. Do we have any recommendations for PDM users how those elements can be covered by existing tooling? While raising request I was able to see, that such functionalities were previously available in previous version of Concourse. Can we re-use them somehow or have something similar in Jira Cloud?
Key business needs:
Resource allocation, availability management [backuping], resource forecast
Budget management: budget at completion, budget forecast, burn vs ramining, budget vs cost vs timeline
