    Hello Aaron

    JSM is currently not supported on the Concourse Jira Eco system and is not on the backlog either but certainly we can look into it in the near term, currently if a team wants to leverage JSM as a post go live, the team will need to request PwC ITSCo team to enable the product and would need to assume the full admin as well as financial responsibility.

    Hello Aaron, this is not something we offer as part of the Concourse Ecosystem. I have reached out to the Jira team to see if this ask is better suited for JSM as a custom request.
