Incorrect Navigation to offerings

Finding the CEDA offerings is very ambiguous when it is nested under the Engineering & AI offering group. Cloud Engineering and Data Analytics should be the top level rather than Engineering & AI, then the offerings underneath. We spent a good 2 hours looking for this and new users are getting very confused on how to do scoping.

@James > Just to understand and clarify, you are referring to Capability not LoS. I am very familiar with Commercial hub and we normally don't navigate thru Capability because for instance, I belong to DEA and this is not DEA: Capabilities > Engineering & AI > Data & AI... This is DEA: Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics > Data Engineering & Analytics. Hopefully that helps further the cause and I am not the only one that is confused by this arrangement. This is also what we follow in Workday, so it would never occur to me (and apparently others as well) that Engineering and AI is an "Offering Family", nor would we know to navigate there. I will continue to inform others as they ask for guidance, but wanted to make sure that the confusion shared by others is expressed. Thank you and @Nish for taking the time to provide explanations.

@Guest We will review with leadership if there is any intent to change direction on the scoping path as Nish described above, but at the moment this is working as intended. Commercial Hub is also a great reference to learn more about the Offerings and the same navigation path of Offering Family > Offering Sub Family > Offering > Sub Offering can be found there as an quick check to help in Concourse scoping.

@brandy - The current concourse navigation path is Offering Family > Offering Sub Family > Offering > Sub Offering which is reflection of our new GTM function. There is a parallel org structure hierarchy that groups the offerings from above into Platform > Practice. We have recieved requests to switch to the org structure based hierarchy from other parts of the firm as well ( Decision Pending )

As far as Building Blocks are concerned - they have been retired, we have introduced the concept of Delivery Standards and Offering specific standards in their place. That said you should still go select the relevant offering for your scope as we have mapped the relevant Standards and / or Offering Specific Methods (PDM based Delivery Maps) along with the relevant assets to the offering.

    Hope this helps.
