Currently, within Concourse and Jira, when you go to view an asset there is a "Link to the Asset" button you can click to view that asset. Next to that, I'm requesting that you add a "Save As" button that allows users to save the asset into the engagement SharePoint site created for that workspace and edit as necessary.
The current workflow to save in a local drive and upload is not a streamlined process. Additionally, this can result in multiple people in the engagement saving and working on an offline copy ultimately resulting in duplicative efforts.
