Technical prompts to support space member management

Space members inform monthly Jira license costs, current workspaces show legacy members and a need to prompt space owners on limited activity. Can we build in technical prompts to support territories in removing legacy users and avoid any cost implications.

    Hello Rose Lesson - Thanks for the feedback .User inactivity on Jira Cloud is managed through ITSCo, so we would need to align with them to understand what’s feasible from a notification or visibility standpoint. Will explore more and keep you posted.
