Based on an example from a Japanese project, we attempted to create the WBS using PDM by selecting Building Blocks and generating the output. However, we found that the level of detail and structure significantly differ from the PDM.
In order to immediately leverage PDM in Japanese SAP delivery projects, we would like to enrich and update the PDM content. This includes the update of deliverable names, adding of deliverables, and updating Japanese translation.
