Currently, when performing a CSV bulk import in JIRA, items must be imported sequentially from the top-level hierarchy. This process becomes extremely time-consuming when dealing with deeply nested structures. Supporting CSV bulk import across multiple hierarchy levels would significantly reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.

Hello, please see an update to this request: Creating work items from CSV is adjacent to Self-Service Portal project plan import, ADO #1678622 (parent epic #1401215 / Aha CONC-E-1378). That feature is being considered for the next PI and is not yet PI committed. How much multi-level hierarchy lands in the first import slice will be confirmed in refinement. We will keep this idea updated upon further development. Thank you.
