Introduce hover tooltips or clickable previews for each offering, subgroup, and activity in the scoping flow. These previews would provide concise descriptions, summaries, and highlight differences/overlaps between similar items, helping users confidently select the correct options.

Why it Matters:
Users struggle to know what’s included in each offering or subgroup, especially when names overlap or duplicates exist. Quick, clear previews will help users choose appropriately and reduce confusion, aiding adoption and accuracy.
