Include Definitions for Offering Groups and Offering Sub-Groups

When users are selecting Offering groups, they need access to clear, consistent definitions and a list of sub-offerings so they can make informed selections without navigating away or being confused by mismatched details.

Summary of User Feedback:

Users found the offering group and sub-group structure confusing due to a lack of definitions or context. They were unsure what each group included until they clicked into it. Additionally, there was confusion when the wrong definition appeared (e.g., the group definition showing up instead of the sub-group, or vice versa), which made it harder to make accurate selections.
Quote:
“I don’t know what’s in ‘Front Office’ or ‘Enterprise Strategy’ until I click.”
“Currently when I click 'add to scope' the pop-up lists the Sub-Offering name, but then the definition for the Offering vs the Sub-Offering. This needs to be corrected.”
“The definitions are too long right now. To make it easier to read at least add a blank row between the definition itself versus the services it includes.”

Context:
Users expect quick, contextual clarity when making offering selections. Without definitions or structural consistency, the experience feels ambiguous. Adding clearly formatted, accurate definitions and a read-only list of sub-offerings directly within the selection interface will help users make confident decisions without unnecessary back-and-forth or guessing.
