Standard roles should be defined within Engagement teams so typical assignment of work is documented within PDM.

Why it Matters:

PDM's rigor as a standardized delivery model enables documentation of responsibility in execution across the engagement teams. Assignment of typical roles to work items will greatly enhance the details of Playbooks for Practice Implementation and Adoption of PDM.

What's Needed:

• Roles list defined in Admin Portal

• Optional array assignment of roles against Deliverables in PDM

• potentially segmentation of roles by Building Block or Practice Team?
