Outdated pages in the menu? Merged

Why are all these pages listed on the left hand menu on the home page if we won't be able to use them going forward (e.g., Plan). I got error messages when I clicked most of them.

    Hey Jen, This issue was happening because of the Flag settings in Launch Darkly. This was fixed and all of you were able to see the right screens while creating the scope and transitioning to delivery. Closing this one for now

    While I was trying to activate my scope and it wasn't letting me proceed. I went back to my home page, selected the applicable workspace that I was previously in. I could see all the scope I had drafted and then I saw those pages listed on the left hand menu.

    Jen, trying to understand how you got this. These options won't be available when you activate a scope and select the JIRA cloud as the delivery tool. Seems like you had selected the JIRA DC, and that caused this screen to appear. Currently we are fixing this issue to not show the JIRA DC option when selecting the Delivery tool.
