For SAP allow user to scope & explore PDM using the "SAP Activate" view in addition to BXT. This is only seen in Jira today.

    The following Aha item can be referenced for the ability to Scope with SAP Activate view "Define Scope in Concourse Based on PDM for SAP" https://concourse.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CONC-I-2443 however, we are no longer updating Explore PDM Building Blocks and Explore PDM for Offerings will not be built as tools like Commercial Hub and our Demo and Training workspaces can be used.
