Synchronise Concourse and JIRA Statuses

There is a discrepancy between the statuses in Concourse and JIRA. When a task is marked as 'Withdrawn' in Concourse, it appears as 'Not Started' in JIRA. Synchronizing these statuses would ensure consistency and accuracy across both platforms.
