Portfolio Dashboard: Include Portfolio Dashboard app inside the Concourse workspace

As a Concourse user, I would like to see the Portfolio Dashboard once i'm inside a particular Concourse workspace. Currently, this feature isn't available. I would need to go back to concourse home page, and then click on portfolio dashboard again , which is leading to additional clicks. I should be easily able to navigate back and forth without having to go thru additional clicks
