    The 'Help & Training' links at the top of the page are static. When changes occur, they have to be updated. These should direct user to Ask Concourse with custom prompts to guide them through using AI instead of static text.

    Add change impact field to the decision issue type

    we are trying to track if a decision leads to change in scope or schedule. There is a change impact field available on Jira but we are unable to add it to the decision issue type because it is not configure on the backend on concourse.
