Client Owned Deliverables

Add a feature to define and track client owned deliverables (aka Client Outputs). This is now even in our ORFO approved standard practice wide SOW template. I see there is an idea to define and track client owned "tasks". So, this feature will hand-in-hand with that other feature.

    Quick update on this idea! This has been identified as an item for Phase 3 of PDM. Development should be starting in April so we would expect this to be live anytime between May-July. Thank you again!
