Ability to change the order in which the reports are displayed in the reporting dashboard

Would like to have the possibility of shifting the order in which the reports are being shown. In some situations, the most used standardized report is the one that appears in 6th place and would like to have it in first place.

Ability to add a report for action and decision from RAID
