Create a way to report out the usage metrics of a digital asset on engagements

In order to promote digital asset publishing and impact in the firm it would be good to be able to see a report of digital assets that you authored or contributed to. This could be helpful in showing impact in snapshots and CRT. I also think it would be useful to know the date that something was last used in addition to how often.
