add search capability in the "Dashboard" tab

As a Concourse user, I'd like to search for a Work Item/Digital Asset/File in the "Dashboard" tab, the moment I enter a workspace, without even having to go to the "Deliverables" page. These are the instances I know what I'm looking for as a user and would directly like to visit that helping save some clicks (also helps when Concourse is super slow on me)!
