Your feedback drives the Concourse roadmap! Review and vote for existing ideas or submit new ideas.
For immediate technical support, please follow this guidance to open a Service Now ticket.
Today when a user clicks a feedback button in Concourse, they are taken away from Concourse and to a different tab. As a concourse team we are trying to always keep the user within Concourse (eg : M365 MFE, Miro within Concourse etc.). However for feedback, users are navigated away. This is also not helping users submit feedback right away and users tend to procrastinate.
Is there a way we can collect feedback from within Concourse, perhaps a small dialog box opens up and users submits the idea. Maybe even integrate it with Universal Create if its not already there

Thank you for the additional feedback, Lucas! We can look at some options to more easily capture feedback and love the idea of getting input around our highest priorities when we are close to a planning session. Assigning this to a new Product Manager for further review.
Rarely do I come back to this due to how small the feedback button is. If there is a banner that maybe is put on the concourse home page telling people to go vote because the next sprint on features is closing and the top X features will be delivered, I think you'd get more traction.
@shayam @james - this could be setup as i-Frame with Aha, but at the time it was implemented the Product team only had the time available to do as Link'n Launch.
Could this be incorporated into the Universal Create button? aka "Create" Feedback?
