Optionally autofill down values x2 ways

As an end user it would be helpful to have a prompt appear when assigning values such as workstream, owner, start date, end date, due date, reviewer, members, priority or stage that would ask if I want to also apply the changes to nested tasks/items OR only apply the changes to unfilled nested tasks. This will help with adding ad hoc tasks on a regular basis or even setting up demo concourse environments for demos.
