Ability for delivery map owner to get a notification when the DM is selected during concourse creation

Concerns about the delivery map could expose intellectual property. Another group could sell a service and leverage the delivery maps developed in Concourse to execute the project without the group that owns the delivery map and service knowing about it.

    I think the other key point here is to make sure the firm uses domain experts to deliver specialized work.
