Concourse > Miro Integration

I've several observations when I spin up a Miro board from Concourse Work item:

1) Two miro board links get created in Files. Ideally it should only be one

2) Miro File name doesn't get updated in Concourse after the name was updated in Miro

3) Upon Miro board creation, everyone in the workspace gets an email. This is spamming all users. The email should only be sent to members listed in the task

4) Access - Not everyone with the link is able to edit Miro. The person creating the miro has to grant edit access to the board. Should team members assigned to the work item have edit access granted to the board by default ?

    Hello Shyam and voters, I understand this is an older request and Miro permissioning has changed. Do you and your team(s) utilize the Miro created through Concourse any longer?

    Current permissions are set so that everyone added to the Concourse engagement will get 'Member' access while the Engagement Leader will receive Admin permissions and can edit permissions within the Miro team. All Members will be able to create new boards however, the first associated board to the Miro team, which is created by Concourse, will restrict Limited users to comment and Client users to view.

    For 1 - 3: We will not be making any modifications to how Miro and Files behave due to the change in direction to use external delivery tools however, if you have other feedback, I am interested in hearing your thoughts.

    If you are still utilizing Miro through Concourse and have any additional feedback you'd like to share or an updated request on how the permissions are managed, please let me know. Thank you, Kelly Hughes
