Create workspace: Use text entry to refine list of Practice Teams in drop down menu for selecting deliverables

Testing out the new Practice Team selection option to find a Delivery Map during workspace creation, the text entry to refine the Practice Team dropdown list is not there. Users have to scroll through the list of all 30+ Practice Teams to find theirs. Would be helpful to allow text entry to refine the list and search for their Practice Team
