Consolidate RAID log into 1 tab

Consider consolidating the RAID log into a single tab for all 4 types of items. It isn't intuitive to toggle back and forth between two tabs when we generally present these items in a single table.

Action/Decision and Risk/Issues are two tabs in Concourse Merged

I don't understand why Action/Decision and Risk/Issues are two tabs in Concourse. It isn't user friendly to have to switch between tabs in Concourse to see all 4 categories. I'd prefer to have them be all on one page, particularly if you're trying...
