Enable ability to type and filter in workstream dropdown (similar to assignee)

We have 17 workstreams in our workspace and it becomes difficult to scroll and select workstreams when assigning to tasks. A filter with the ability to type using the keyboard would be helpful. Similar to how it works for assignee.
