Date Picker Not Efficient - Tab out doesnt work and Date Picker should use current yr as default when tabbing out. It assume 2001 as the default for some reason.

When you enter MM/DD and press tab. The date picker will make the date MM/DD/2001. All users are used to excel, it is muscle memory to enter dates as MM/DD .. its quite annoying

Also, once i enter MM/DD/YY and press tab. It wont take the date. I have to practically mouse click a date each time I wish to update it. This is also time consuming.


Several other enhancements are also a must have - (1) adjust calendar to US standard - Sun - Sat weeks (2) Mass Update dates (3) Date should roll up to parent.
