Uploading documents with special characters

Currently, Concourse does not support uploading documents with titles that include special characters. This restriction adds extra time and work for teams to change the names of their files to not include any special characters.

Renaming file with Special Character

Merged
Frequently when I try to attach a file from sharepoint, the file is renamed with a special character. Then, I am unable to save it because it gives an error that a special character is not allowed.
