Add Digital Assets to "Engagement Open Loop" Event

We should have plenty of "best practice" artifacts to help facilitate this activity, whether it be a PPT or Excel template - would be good to add these artifacts as default digital assets for this event in Concourse to optimize team workflow/effort.
