Platform of Low code dev suite used inconvenience.

I saw the platform of Low code dev suite was needed to add manually for each members belong to the same Concourse workspace, event someone was added the platform into this Concourse workspace. As you know, it is very wasting time and inconvenience to add the platform from SH, China. And people have to try some many times to add with switching lots of times VPN. event with these operation, it is not hundred percent successfully to add this platform. So, is there a best way to improve this issue. Or, if someone of the Concourse workspace added the platform, then other people could use this platform directly?
