Provision for "Save filter" option in risks and deliverables tab - This will avoid to apply filter to various fields again and again for the commonly used views. Custom filters upto 5 limit will be helpful.

I came here for this! Currently not only do I have to recreate my filter every time, I have to scroll down to get to my filter options. I would prefer to have the ability to display my own personal filters at the top of the Filter options popup so I can easily select it again if I have to change it.
