Enable RAID item creation throughout the workspace (e.g., from Modules)

During my engagement the need to add a new RAID item can arise at any time. For example I may be in a workshop with my client using Design Suite and we need to open an Action Item. Would be great to allow RAID item creation at any time from any work item or tool in the workspace

    Hi everyone! Good news, being able to "universally create" RAID items is currently in our team's backlog and is planned for development! Stay tuned to learn more!
