Enable RAID Log visibility in Client Portal

For each workspace, allow the project to decide if the RAID log should be visible in the Client Portal

@Emily - I would strongly suggest not using Concourse to log internal (i.e., PwC-only) issues and risks if your client has access to Concourse. This feature was made available for exceptions only, but as a best practice any concerns that the client should not see should not be tracked in a central RAID log.

Wondering if there is an option to make the default that it is not visible to clients? Having it automatically visible is somewhat concerning if people do not realize the update occurred. Also concerning that all RAID items that were created prior to the release were automatically switched to visible instead of staying not visible and letting teams go in and choose to change that.

Hi everyone! Thank you again for voting and commenting on this idea! Good news, with our latest release, RAID is now available in Client Portal workspaces! Users can now collaborate live with Clients on RAID items, helping our engagement teams track and mitigate risks to a project. This feature will include Jira and non-Jira workspaces and includes the ability to toggle a RAID item off to be hidden from Clients. Click here to watch a short demo video of the new feature!

If you’re in an active Client Portal workspace, RAID has been automatically onboarded to Client Portal – this means that all RAID items will be visible to the client. Please review any RAID items in your workspace to ensure they are appropriate to be viewed by clients, or leverage the toggle functionality to disable them from view in Client Portal. Please note, for Jira workspaces these items will still be visible in Jira (fix coming in the next release).

In the next release, engagement teams will be able to create internal and external RAID items. For now, all items will be client visible unless they are toggled off after creation. If you have any feedback on this feature, please reach out or leave us a suggestion in this feedback portal as we continue to improve Concourse!

    Thank you!

Heard the same comments from one of the users. Although it is synced to Jira, but it would be great if the client can access this RAID log from the Concourse through the Client Collaboration Portal

I would defer to Courtney to confirm the workaround- I was just sharing how my project was using this.

Sarah - what is the recommended workaround if the team is not using Jira but rather native Concourse for RAID management?

Frank & Taylor- sharing our work around….the Concourse RAID Log syncs to Jira. The client has access to the RAID Log in Jira and is able to view the RAID as well as create RAID items. Hope this helps

This is a huge show stopper for us as we're trying to get the client on Concourse.

This is a major impediment to client adoption. Typically both PwC and the Client need access to the RAID log as much as they need access to the plan.

Hi there! Thank you for submitting, voting and commenting on this idea! We've assigned this to our team focused on the Client Portal. They'll be in touch as they begin to explore this! Thanks again!

Echo this request. Multiple clients have requested this feature on large OSS programs.

I have clients requesting this functionality too
