There are some Concourse workspaces that are grayed out for me. I don't know why. I'm not able to click into them, which means I have enough access to see them but not enough to access them or see who the workspace team us by hovering my mouse over their initials. This means I don't know who to ask for access. Can we fix that or provide a means for requesting access from the engagement leader?

Closing this item as it is for Legacy Concourse. With the new Close workspace functionality for PDM Offerings Jira Cloud workspaces, users will see Active workspaces and Closed workspaces where they are members. No other workspaces should be displayed in your Concourse view. Engagement Leaders and Managers will be pulled from the Salesforce opportunity ID so you can view the Salesforce opportunity to identify who to reach out to.
