Our Consulting Solution teams have been advised for several years now to use Rapid Engagement during contracting/engagement start-up as an aid to make sure we don't exclude important steps. Right now the last step is to create a WBS code.
Several of our teams have requested for Create a Concourse workspace to be added too, so this step is not forgotten.

Closing this item as it is for Legacy Concourse and older processes. The team is reviewing new ways to support workspace creation and identifying when is the right time for the user. Be on the lookout to improvements like scoping before workspace creation, workspace creation through Ask Concourse and even workspace creation via MCP.

If creation of a Concourse Workspace is considered now part of the standard start of a project, then it should be part of the workflow used by most to start an engagement!!
