Extract Regular Metrics from Concourse to Assist DDV/Deals Projects and Pursuites

I am co-leading a DDV (IT) Re-invest initiative to "Generate meaningful insights to support M&A pursuits and projects by creating a consolidated data set of IT metrics and benchmarks​". I would like to discuss with the concourse development/deployment team the possibility of pulling down metrics (on regular basis) to create a dashboard for us to leverage and feed into our goal of creating a set of IT metrics.
