List of 'Actually Used' items in each Delivery Map

Question received: "So I was looking at the long list of templated items in the Concourse delivery map for salesforce, and many of the multiple hundred items seem to be for a use I can't quite see applying to my project. Instead of just mass deleting, is there a 'lean' list or 'actually used' list of these items that you can write back as examples of what some projects use and are looked at during an internal QRP audit process?


we are looking at project tasks but not sure what we actually 'need' in here. thanks for any real world reference. "

    Thank you so much for submitting this feedback. We truly appreciate it!

    To be quite honest, there's a bit of a complicated answer so please bare with me on the (slightly) long reply. The intent of Delivery Maps is for them to be somewhat generic (in a sense) so that they can be applicable to a wide variety of engagements, and with that, different scope permutations that SOWs are based on. Because we don't intend for them to be cookie cutter, they thus are somewhat robust and can definitely come across as overwhelming.

    In short, there is no lean list that is yet available to showcase which Deliverables are most commonly pulled in / added to engagements but I do believe this is a FANTASTIC IDEA and we will add this to our backlog for future releases. As you know, Concourse is still an 'MVP' version and hence why we so appreciate all of the feedback that we get.

    On that note, if there are some key deliverables that you personally are finding that are missing from the Delivery Map, please submit new change requests so that we can work with the Delivery Map Owner and formally incorporate that into the DM for future use. https://pwcindia.sharepoint.com/sites/US-ADV-Concourse/SitePages/Deliveryintakesurveyform.aspx
