Would like to see an audit trail or edit history of a workspace that shows everyone's actions (deletions, adding tasks, etc) so it's easier to know what changed. Would also want to be able to recover deleted work items in case someone accidentally removed a deliverable or task.

Can we add functionality to capture reviewer footprint for completed tasks. Anyone can mark a task as complete and does not demonstrate that there was adequate supervision and review by capturing director/MD/{artner review.
We had a RAID item deleted and don't know who or how did it. That seems like a risk in itself! If there is the ability to delete risks then we need to see the history of what and why.
We definitely need to know this information, especially who marked items as complete or removed deliverables, tasks, and sub tasks. Otherwise, someone could easily go and mark everything as complete or delete the majority of the information and if someone isn't keeping a close eye on the workspace the rest of the team will think everything is complete and no additional actions are needed.
Knowing this is huge for clients on client portal using the status feature to approve project requirements.
