Link types for RAID in Concourse

As part of the upcoming RAID Integration, with Jira. The current plan is to only establish the link without a Link type, It would be great if the concept of Link Type is introduced in Concourse as it currently exists in Jira. A Lot of teams actually love this concept in Jira and are heavy users of it.
