Today, when a file is tagged as a SaveIt deliverable, it will post to the SaveIt site when the task is marked complete. When this happens, the file should also be marked read only to prevent inadvertent changes not being synced to SaveIt. If this could be designed, it would force teams to change the item back to In Progress to be able to edit it, and then once marked Complete a new copy would save to SaveIt
