Need to be able to add risks and issues at the task/deliverable level

Currently, you can provide an issue at the top level of the concourse delivery map. We need to be able to add issues and risks at the task or deliverable level (for example, delay on review of a task - so that leaders can see that there is a delay on a specific element)

    Hi Amy! Thank you for providing this feedback! We recently released the dependencies option in RAID which is how you can link RAID items to your deliverables/tasks! Check out more information about that in the Concourse Guide here!
